Staffing Model
Our experience in the sector, helped us to identify that Cert IV in disability is simply not enough to evidence the proficiency and skills of support professionals. We identified that at times, there are still skills gaps and this leads to practice gaps and risk to participants.
Our support staff are put through our own training when they join. This ensures that they fit out service goals and possess the right skills for the participants they are allocated to.
